1. Product Introduction

The signal control box is designed for the lifting safety system, and its core task is to conduct data collection and control. It is made of alloy materials and is very sturdy. The acquisition and control speed is fast and stable. Installing it makes the entire system more reliable.

2. Main functions

The main tasks are two: one is to be specifically responsible for collecting and controlling signals, working independently in one unit, which is faster and more stable. Secondly, the box itself is tough enough. It's made of alloy, so you can hang it on the wall of the crane cab or stuff it into the electrical cabinet to securely protect the circuit boards inside.

3. Scope of application

All kinds of large bridge and gantry cranes can be used. For instance, the common quay cranes and yard cranes at docks, the metallurgical bridge cranes used in steel mills, as well as single and double girder bridge cranes, loading and unloading bridge cranes, large gantry cranes, top gantry cranes of hydropower station DAMS, and even cable cranes are all applicable.

4. Size

Looking at the dimension markings in the above picture, this control box comes in several specifications. The lengths (L) are available in several sizes: 230mm, 250mm, 290mm, and 310mm. The width (W) is available in 61mm and 64mm. The height (H) is 34.5mm and 37.5mm. There are installation holes on the front (marked as 4-Φ9 and 8-M4 on the diagram), and cable entrances on the side (marked as Φ13.5 and Φ8.5 on the diagram). When installing it specifically, just follow the dimensions on the drawing.
