BH-plate ring weight sensor

1. Product Introduction

The BH plate ring weight sensor features a micro silver-gray metal block with several pin holes on it. This device is specifically used to measure the tension on the lifting steel wire rope. Simply put, it is to see how tight the rope is stretched. The installation location is quite crucial. It is at the section where the lifting rope is fixed under force, directly replacing the original pin.

2. Main functions

The main task is to precisely measure the tensile force (tension) of the steel wire rope. It has pin holes at both ends of itself. One end is connected to the crane's lifting lug or retaining ring, and the other end is connected to the steel wire rope. Just replace the original pin and install it, and it can be used.

3. Scope of application

This sensor is suitable for use in equipment where the connection of the force-bearing fixed section of the lifting rope is relatively convenient. To put it simply, it's a place like a crane where you can easily remove the original pin and replace it with one.

4. Technical parameters

The measurement range is from 10 tons to 50 tons (10,15,20,25,30,40,50 tons). The sensitivity is 1.0±0.005mV/V. In terms of accuracy, the comprehensive error is within ±31T to 3T! Within F.S. Input impedance: 750±20Ω, output impedance: 703±3Ω. The insulation resistance is extremely high, ≥5000MΩ. The working temperature range is wide enough to withstand temperatures from minus 30 degrees to plus 70 degrees. The safe overload capacity can reach 150%! F(MISSING).S, the limit can reach 200%! F.s." The power supply should be 10 to 12V direct current (with a maximum not exceeding 15V). The protection grade is IP66, which means it is well dust-proof and water-proof, and there is no need to worry about wind and rain outdoors.

5. Size

The magnitudes vary with different ranges. For instance, for a 1-ton range, the total length L1 is 195mm, the middle section L2 is 135mm, the width B1 is 60mm, the thickness H is 13mm, and the diameter Φ of the pin hole is 22mm. The larger the measurement range, the larger the size is generally. The dimensions from 0.5 tons to 30 tons are all listed in the table (those over 30 tons can be customized separately). The positions of the installation holes and such are marked quite clearly on the diagram.

6. Typical applications

Used on fixed hoists. The red fixed suspension structure in the picture, at the key force-bearing point, has the original shaft pin removed and this silver BH sensor installed. It is right there measuring the tension of the steel wire rope to ensure the safety of hoisting.
