QCX type bearing seat sensor

1. Product Introduction

The QCX bearing housing weight sensor, from WTAU, is specifically designed for pressure measurement. It is most commonly inserted under the bearing housing. Of course, it can also be used in other places where pressure measurement is needed. The protection grade reaches IP66, which is quite reliable for dust and water resistance.

2. Main functions

The function is to measure the force exerted on the drum bearing or the bearing housing. Install it in that position and integrate it with the drum. When lifting something, the drum is subjected to force and presses down on it. As soon as it deforms, it outputs an analog signal, informing you of the current force magnitude. This thing is characterized by its stability, accuracy and strong anti-interference ability.

3. Scope of application

It is most suitable for use on equipment that requires force measurement at the bearing housing position of the hoist (that is, the part of the lifting equipment responsible for winding and unwinding the steel wire rope) to see how much weight the drum bearing bears.

4. Technical parameters

The measurement range is from 10 tons to 50 tons (10,15,20,25,30,40,50 tons). The sensitivity is 1.0±0.005mV/V. In terms of accuracy, the comprehensive error is within ±31T to 3T! Within F.S. Input impedance: 750±20Ω, output impedance: 703±3Ω. The insulation resistance is extremely high, ≥5000MΩ. The working temperature range is wide enough, and it can operate from minus 30 degrees to plus 70 degrees. The safe overload capacity can reach 150%! F.S, the limit can reach 200%! F.s." The power supply should be 10 to 12V direct current (with a maximum not exceeding 15V). With a protection rating of IP66, it is dust-proof and water-proof, and can withstand outdoor environments.

5. Size

The sizes of different models vary. For instance, for the QCX-1.5t, the length, width and height (A, B, C) are 350mm, 310mm and 38mm respectively, D is 75mm, the total length L is 152mm, L1 is 100mm, L2 is 40mm, and the diameter of the installation hole Φ1 is 17mm. The larger the measurement range, the larger the size is generally. The dimensions from 1.5 tons to 15 to 35 tons are all clearly listed in the table (QCX-1.5t, QCX-2.5t, QCX-4 to 10t, QCX-15 to 35). When installing specifically, just measure according to the drawings.

6. Typical applications

It is installed on the drum bearing housing of the hoist (a type of lifting equipment commonly used in water gates and DAMS). The picture is quite clear. That silver-gray square is the QCX sensor, which is located at the position of the drum bearing housing, steadily supporting (or measuring) the force acting on the entire drum mechanism, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
