At worksites in fields like power infrastructure construction and building construction, equipment operation under high-voltage lines has long faced severe challenges:
According to the 2022 accident report of a provincial-level electric power construction group: High-voltage electric shock accounts for 34% of total construction accidents, and 100% of them are preventable accidents.
Wtau WTYJ-YJQ Anti-Electric Shock Early Warning System consists of an electric field sensor installed at a high position on the roof, a battery compartment, and a monitoring host in the driver's cab.The sensor is extremely sensitive to the surrounding high-voltage electric field. Once it detects that the vehicle is approaching lines of specific voltage levels (e.g., 220V, 10KV, 35KV, 110KV, 220KV), it immediately sends out an alarm signal wirelessly. The receiving host then triggers a voice broadcast (e.g., "XXKV high voltage danger"), and at the same time activates sound and light warnings, sends switch signal, communicates through the RS485 port, and uploads alarm information to the cloud platform. This series of real-time feedback mechanisms aims to quickly remind operators to avoid risks and prevent high-voltage electric shock accidents.

Anti-Electric Shock Early Warning Sensor:Installed on the top of the crane's boom.
Anti-Electric Shock Early Warning Battery Compartment:Installed near the sensor to supply power to the sensor.
Anti-Electric Shock Early Warning Monitoring and Alarm Device:Installed in the driver's cab.

a.Anti-Electric Shock Early Warning Sensor:A safety device used to detect and give early warning of electric shock risks. It detects the intensity of the electromagnetic field generated by surrounding high-voltage wires through a built-in electromagnetic field sensor. When the detected electromagnetic field exceeds the preset safety threshold, it will also issue an alarm to remind workers to avoid electric shock accidents.

b.Anti-Electric Shock Early Warning Battery Compartment:A device with anti-electric shock early warning function, mainly used for battery storage and testing to ensure the safety of batteries during storage and testing.

c.Anti-Electric Shock Early Warning Monitoring and Alarm Device:A device used to real-time monitor changes in the electric field of high-voltage lines and prevent electric shock accidents. It real-time perceives high-voltage signals in the surrounding environment through the front-end detection unit, and transmits the signals to the receiving end early warning unit through wireless communication. When it detects that there are operating vehicles near the high-voltage lines, it immediately activates the alarm mechanism and emits a clear and loud warning sound to remind the driver to pay attention to the safety distance and avoid electric shock risks.
