\nThe PY side-pressure type weight sensor, from WTAU, has a core component that is a fastener with a rope groove. It is installed at the fixed end of the steel wire rope. When lifting something, as soon as the steel wire rope is subjected to force, the rope grooves at both ends will pull the fastener in the middle outward, causing it to deform. The sensor then outputs an analog signal to tell you how tight the rope is now.<\/p>\n

2. Main functions<\/h3>\n

The main function is to measure the tensile force (tension) of the steel wire rope, which is installed at the fixed end of the steel wire rope. The features are stability, accuracy, and a wide measurement range. The protection grade is IP66, which means it does a good job in dust and water resistance and can withstand outdoor environments. The item itself is also lightweight and easy to carry.<\/p>\n

The dimensions from 1 ton to 10 tons are all listed in the table (1t, 2t, 3t, 5t, 10t), and those over 10 tons can be customized separately.
