On January 7, 2026, Weite Technology Co., Ltd. held a grand summary and commendation meeting for the fourth quarter of 2025 in the first-floor conference room of the Design Building. The meeting, centered on “reviewing achievements, commending the advanced, and planning for the future”, comprehensively reviewed the work achievements of the fourth quarter, commended the advanced models and outstanding teams that emerged in various positions and fields, and clarified the development direction for 2026. Nie Daojing, the chairman of the company, and Gao Yumin, the general manager, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Duan Zhengli from the management middle platform presided over the meeting. At the beginning of the conference, a special video kicked off. The video, structured along a timeline, systematically presents the significant achievements of the company in the fourth quarter, including the conclusion of major projects, breakthroughs in key technologies, upgrades in customer service, and the construction of team collaboration. It comprehensively showcases the down-to-earth and meticulous striving spirit of the Weite people.
In the fourth quarter, 11 new employees joined the Weida family, injecting fresh vitality into the team. Both new and veteran employees have joined hands and performed their duties in their respective positions, working in concert. This has further strengthened the team's cohesion and combat effectiveness, providing a solid guarantee for the efficient advancement of the company's various tasks.

(1) Public announcement of team PK results

Nomination of advanced individuals from each functional department

General Manager Yang Ying of the Management Middle Platform conducted a comprehensive review of the PK situation of each team in the fourth quarter of 2025. Centering on core dimensions such as task completion efficiency, goal achievement quality, and cross-departmental collaboration and coordination, Yang Ying, supported by detailed data, objectively analyzed the strengths, highlights, and improvement Spaces of each participating team, and officially announced the PK results:

  • Mr. Huang, the representative of the sales team of the Offshore Engineering Division, emphasized that innovation stems from daring to think and try. The core of team spirit is persistence and altruism. Only by proactively embracing difficulties and working together can breakthroughs and growth be achieved.
  • Mr. Lei, the head of the after-sales team of the Water and Electricity Division, reviewed the team's experience of successfully completing urgent delivery tasks in an environment of over twenty degrees below zero and complex on-site conditions. He stated that in the future, they will continue to enhance the team's skills and project management capabilities, build a “elite team”, resolutely shoulder responsibilities, and spare no effort to achieve the goals.

After the representatives of the award-winning teams made their speeches, Shi Changping, the general manager of the Offshore Engineering Division, and Qu Peng, the general manager of the Shipbuilding Division, shared their work achievements and management experiences for 2025.
Shi Changping, under the title of “Unite Our Strengths and Move Forward in Unison”, based on international business practices, proposed that team management should be goal-oriented, with the team leader taking the lead and stimulating the potential of members through precise bid breaking, review and iteration, etc., to promote the team's development in unison with the company.
