WTF-B510 anemometer
The WTF-B510 digital anemometer and wind vane is a high-precision and highly reliable wind condition monitoring system specially designed for industrial environments. It integrates real-time monitoring of wind speed and direction, data display, over-limit alarm and intelligent control, and is widely applicable to various outdoor and industrial sites such as cranes, ports and scenic spots. The product features a high protection level and can operate stably in harsh environments ranging from -30°C to +60° C. It is a core device for ensuring equipment safety and achieving intelligent wind risk early warning.

 

Core functional features

  1. Dual-parameter real-time monitoring
    • It adopts high-definition digital tube dual-screen display, presenting wind speed (accurate to 0.1m/s) and wind direction (adjustable in 16 directions or from 0 to 360°) in real time.
    • The wind speed measurement range is 0-60m/s, with a comprehensive accuracy of ±5% F.S. The wind direction start-up wind speed is as low as 1m/s, and the response is sensitive.
  2. Intelligent alarm and control
    • Supports preset warning/control of wind level thresholds. Once triggered, it will activate an audible and visual alarm above 60dB and output ≤2 switch control signals (such as equipment power-off, system linkage).
    • The action error is ≤2% F.S. to ensure the accuracy of alarm and control responses.
  3. Industrial-grade durable design
    • The shell has a high protection grade, is dust-proof and water-proof, and is suitable for a humidity environment of 90%RH.
    • The wind cup is made of high-strength special materials, featuring high mechanical strength and strong wind resistance. The chassis is sturdy and durable, and installation requires no debugging.
  4. Flexible expansion and compatibility
    • Supports RS485/4-20mA signal output and has an expandable data storage function (recording 50,000 historical data entries).
    • The working voltage is compatible with AC220V±15% (24V/380V is optional), with a power consumption of ≤20W, which is energy-saving and stable.
  5. Easy installation and operation
    • Wall-mounted installation method, equipped with dedicated wind speed sensor (WFS-2) and wind direction sensor (WFX-2), quick connection to the main control instrument.
    • The layout of the interface keys is intuitive and supports users' independent debugging, resetting and relocation.
