2. Main functions

Connection guarantee in deep-water environments

True display

  • Sealed electrical connection
    Purified cable cover treatment (contact resistance < 2mΩ), supporting 20A current transmission;
    5-key anti-reverse polarity design.
  • Triple dynamic seal
    → Glass insulator + silicone rubber sealing ring + 304 stainless steel shell (wall thickness 10mm);
    Withstand a water pressure of 7MPa (equivalent to a water depth of 700 meters).
  • Protection against extreme environments
    Passed the rigorous tests of high temperature (500℃) and low pressure (4.39kPa).

3. Scope of application

Core electrical hubs under harsh working conditions

  • Core scene:
    ► Hydraulic grab beam underwater cable transfer
    ► Power transmission interface for ship thrusters
    ► Wiring of sensor clusters on offshore platforms
  • Adaptation parameters:
    ▶ Voltage: ≤500V; Withstand voltage: 1500V

4. Core advantages

The irreplaceability of deep-sea engineering

✅ never-failing seal

  • Glass sealing technologyMolecular-level fusion of insulator and metal contact (3000MΩ insulation resistance);
  • Dynamic compensation for double O-ringsThe sealing performance increases with pressure (measured at 7MPa).

✅ fool-proof security

  • 5-key physical error-proof structure.

✅ wide range environmental tolerance

  • It has passed the triple limit verification of 4.39kPa low pressure, high temperature and humid heat.
